The song represents the first studio collaboration by Michael himself & legendary American axeman Bruce Gaitsch (Richard Marx, Madonna, Peter Cetera, Chicago, Elton John, Joe Cocker, Lionville), who also appears as co-writer of the track together with Cormac Neeson.

Michael says: "Years ago, I was introduced to Bruce Gaitsch by my friend and chief editor of Blue Desert, Kenneth Bremer. Soon after the introduction Bruce and I decided to work together on some songs for my upcoming album. For the album Bruce sent me a couple of tracks without melody and lyrics. So, I wrote the missing parts and recorded new Kratzified versions with Kasper Viinberg. Bruce also sent me a couple of songs from his vault with unreleased songs. One of them was "My Guitar" that he wrote with Cormac Neeson. I immediately loved the track. So here it is. Turn up the volume. Enjoy!".
"My Guitar" has been produced by Kasper Viinberg @ Kawer Studio, with recordings done between USA and Denmark. Mix and master thanks to Torben Lysholm. The release is scheduled on October 15, 2019 on all digital platforms.
